These five stages explain how we work together. Your exact steps depend on your case. When something changes or we are waiting for a decision, we explain what that means for you.
We listen to why you want to move, where you live now and what matters to you. We explain which options need closer review and where specialist legal advice is needed.
Share your circumstances, preferred timing and questions. You do not need to know which procedure to choose.
We explain the proposed procedure, what our support covers and the expected costs. You receive a written proposal so you can decide whether to proceed.
Review the plan with us and ask about anything that is unclear before agreeing to the work.
We give you a personal checklist, explain how to obtain each document and coordinate translations, legalisation and the relevant professionals. We keep you informed about what is complete and what is still missing.
Provide the requested information and documents. We explain which originals, signatures or personal actions are needed.
We help prepare your application for submission and explain the appointment, what to bring and what follows. If the authority requests more information, we help you understand and coordinate the response.
Attend any required appointments or interviews. We explain in advance which steps require you in person.
Following approval and arrival, we help coordinate the residence formalities included in your agreement. If you also need a home, a company or an accountant, we agree that support with you separately.
Keep us informed about your arrival and any changes to your plans, so we can organise the next steps together.
We explain the work, who will handle it and the fees in writing. You have the opportunity to ask questions before agreeing.
You pay 50% when work begins and 50% when your application documents are complete, before they are sent to you or submitted. The second payment is not linked to approval.
Your proposal identifies which external fees are included and which are separate. If an additional cost arises, we discuss it with you before proceeding.
The authorities decide whether to approve an application, so we cannot promise an outcome or a decision date. If a difficulty or refusal arises, we help you understand the response and coordinate a review of possible next steps with your lawyer. Further work and any refund are governed by your agreement.
Our eligibility consultation is a conversation about your plans, the options that may fit and what to do next. Bring your questions; you do not need to have the process figured out. The consultation fee is credited toward your full service agreement if you proceed.
Use the enquiry form to tell us your nationality, country of residence and a little about your plans. We will reply to arrange a time and explain payment. No booking or payment is made by clicking, and there is no need to send passport scans at this stage.
