Who is responsible
Viremont is currently a brand operated by Ivan Konstantin Boychev as an individual; no company has been registered for the service at this time. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@viremont.eu. The current correspondence details and the information still to be added are set out in our Legal notice.
What we collect and why
If you send an enquiry, the form asks for your name, email address, country of residence, the service you are interested in and a short description of your plans. A phone number is optional. We use these details to read and respond to your request, assess whether we may be able to help and, if appropriate, discuss a consultation or proposed service.
For an individual enquiry about a service, we use your information to take steps you request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For an enquiry made on behalf of a business, we use the contact details to respond to that business request based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We also rely on legitimate interests to protect the website from misuse and keep it secure.
Please do not include passport scans, health information, financial account details or other sensitive documents in the initial enquiry form. If such information is later needed, we will explain why and agree a suitable way to provide it.
Who receives the information
Enquiry details are sent to Viremont at info@viremont.eu. The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, Resend to deliver the form email, and Google Workspace to receive and manage the Viremont mailbox. These providers process information to provide their services under their applicable data-protection terms, including Google’s data-processing terms. If you become a client, relevant information may also be shared with the independent professionals or authorities needed for the work you ask us to coordinate; we will explain this in the relevant service agreement.
Resend states that stored email and log data is held in the United States, and describes transfers under its data-processing terms, including Standard Contractual Clauses. This means enquiry email content may be transferred outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards described by that provider.
How long we keep information
We keep an enquiry for as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up. If no service relationship is formed, we will delete or securely dispose of it when it is no longer needed, subject to any legal obligation or need to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. If you become a client, relevant records may be kept for the duration of the engagement and any legally required retention period. Resend separately states that email and log data is retained for 30 days on its Free, Pro and Scale plans in its security and data-retention information.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, request restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request data portability where it applies. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Contact info@viremont.eu to make a request. If you are in Bulgaria, you may also contact the Commission for Personal Data Protection; otherwise, you may contact the supervisory authority in your country.
Cookies and site security
We do not currently use analytics or advertising tools on this website. The hosting platform may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. If we add optional analytics, advertising or embedded services that store information on or access your device, we will update this notice and provide the required choices before those technologies are used.
